We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing telecom team as Driver-Technician Trainees. This is a dual-role position that begins with driving responsibilities but leads to paid training in fiber optic and telecom system installations. Even if you're applying as a driver, you will be cross-trained and upskilled to become a telecom technician—opening long-term career growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
As a Driver:
- Transport telecom equipment, tools, and personnel to job sites across South Metro Manila.
- Ensure timely, secure, and safe delivery of materials and equipment.
- Follow traffic laws and company safety regulations strictly.
- Perform regular vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness.
- Keep accurate logs of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle conditions.
- Assist technicians with loading/unloading and basic setup of equipment.
As a Technician (Post-Training):
- Install, configure, and test telecom equipment (e.g., routers, switches, fiber optic cables).
- Perform cable splicing, signal testing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Assist with installation of structured cabling systems (copper and fiber).
- Diagnose and resolve telecom issues using network tools.
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and industry standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site.
Qualifications:
- High school or vocational graduate (required).
- Experience driving commercial or company vehicles is an advantage.
- Holder of a valid Professional Driver’s License (Code 1 & 2).
- Can drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications or electronics is a plus, but not required.
- Physically fit and willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Willing to undergo paid training for the technician role.
- Can start immediately.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
