MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Responsible for prompt catering of medical services to confined members, whole ensuring the exactitude of benefits received.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Checks admitted members with the admitting section of each assigned hospital
- Report admitted members with all necessary information to the head office
- Visit and explains to the admitted members the benefits and limitations of his/her coverage
- Field Liaison Officer shall inform the required documents and discharge process of the said hospital
- Gathers the necessary information with regard to the members availment through patients chart and attending doctors
- Issues LOA for admitted members at assigned hospital for each covered availment
- Mediates with attending physicians the concerns of the admitted members
- Reports any concerns/problem of internal or external clients to their respective Team Leader
- Assist admitted members during discharge
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of 4-year medical course
- With or without experience
- Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork
- Willing to report on a shifting schedule
