JOB DESCRIPTION:
-you will lead, manage, and coach Retail Salesmen in your assigned territory to achieve business objectives
-responsible of Trade Sales Representative's training regarding of store and SKU'S
-managing their territories in terms of volume achievement
-stock inventory reconciliation
-monitoring of stores, deliveries and orders
-checking of sales and strategizing on how to meet the given target.
QUALIFICATIONS:
-College Level or College Graduate
-Proven Experience in FMCG
-Minimum of 4-5 years of supervisory experience and field sales experience
-Strong Interpersonal skills and are knowledgeable in negotiation and consultative selling
-With proven sales/marketing projects and initiatives
-Strong organization skills
-Excellent sales communication skills and people skills
