Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide service and customer support during field technical visits or deployment.
- Manage the relationships with our collection and third party service providers.
- Work closely with the dev team and customer support team especially on hardware concerns raised by clients and end users.
- Coordinate with our Technical Supervisor and Engineering Team during tech. visits.
- Assist in training in-house and our client’s maintenance support staff.
- Oversee final quality control of all kiosks to be released to clients and for own deployments.
- Machine commissioning and installation.
- Work closely with Technical Supervisor and Project Manager during all phases of the development life cycle.
- Ocular possible locations to branch out Kiosk Machines.
Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month + 3k motor allowance monthly
