FILTER MECHANIC
WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Diagnose and repair machine faults and inefficiencies to restore full operational capability.

Maintain and track key spare parts, technical records, and machine manuals.

Ensure compliance with all operational, safety, and legal standards.

Run designated machines during production as needed, ensuring high standards in safety, technical efficiency, quality, and housekeeping.

Collaborate with Chief Mechanics and Improvement Engineers to implement measures that improve machine efficiency and product quality.

Execute brand changes and equipment conversions efficiently and accurately.

Support the development and implementation of preventive maintenance procedures.

Train machine operators and junior technicians as needed.

Accurately document all activities, repairs, and shift handovers to ensure continuity.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area and actively contribute to a culture of safety.
Who you are:
-
Graduate of BS in Mechanical Engineering or any related engineering degree.
-
Vocational course graduates with relevant mechanical experience are also encouraged to apply.

Proven experience in fault diagnosis and repair of production machinery, ideally within food, beverage, or tobacco manufacturing.

Background in high-speed manufacturing maintenance is strongly preferred.

Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
