Job Summary:
The Finance & Accounting Associate is responsible for providing day-to-day support in the areas of accounting, financial reporting, and general bookkeeping. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end closing, preparing reports, and supporting audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Process employee reimbursements and petty cash
- Assist in preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance documents
- Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles (fresh graduates with internship experience may be considered)
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices (GAAP/IFRS is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Amenable to work in CDO as onsite.
- Open for fresh graduates
- Can start ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php12,000.00 - Php13,000.00 per month
