Job Summary

The Finance and Accounting Manager oversees the organization’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, strong internal controls, and full compliance with regulatory standards. The role supports business planning through budget management, cash flow monitoring, and financial analysis, while also leading a team of finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables and sales from all business units
• Prepare and review financial reports in accordance with Philippine GAAP/IFRS
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities and reconciliations
• Manage cash flow and monitor the financial health of the organization
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support management decisions
• Ensure full compliance with tax, audit, and legal requirements
• Establish and enforce internal accounting controls and policies
• Train and mentor finance team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license is required
• At least 7–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, with 3–5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong foundation in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities
• Proficient in ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is a strong advantage

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
