1. Finance

1. Acts as custodian and handles company funds. Responsible and accountable for the receipts, deposit and disbursement of funds in accordance to the rules and regulations of the Finance & Admin Manual, Central Office instructions

2. Shall be responsible for the collection of trade receivables and shall recommend measures for non-paying accounts.

3. Shall work hand in hand with the Station Manager/OIC in monitoring the sales production against sales budget, actual operating cost against operating expense budget.

4. Acts as custodian of all accountable forms.

2. Administrative

1. Take charge of the recruitment, and short listing of applicants.

2. Ensures submission of pre-employment requirements and orientation of new employees.

3. Monitors attendance, vacation, sick leave of all staff.

4. Responsible for all office supplies requirements and its inventory.

5. Ensures that all office equipments are in good working conditions.

6. Monitors and maintains an accurate and updated inventory of all fixed assets.

7. Ensures that all required permits, license, insurances are secured as scheduled.

8. Coordinates with external offices such as LTO, local government, Meralco, SSS, Pag-IBIG and BIR.

9. Responsible for all incoming and outgoing correspondence to Central Office, clients with reference to Station Manager / OIC and concerned employees.

10. Maintains an updated inventory of all ex-deal items.

11. Ensures proper office and building maintenance.

12. Maintains an updated and efficient filing system.

13. Assist and support all company related activities.

14. Accurate and punctual in submission of required reports.

3. Traffic

1. Ensure precise scheduling of broadcast order.

2. Ensures accuracy of all implementation orders.

3. Ensures that all materials for implementation are made available to the Production dept.

4. Ensures accurate and on-time preparation of operations log to DJ on board.

5. Ensures on time reporting of any discrepancies.

6. Ensures accurate and on-time preparation of DRTR.

7. Ensures on time submission of CP’s.
