Job Summary:
We are seeking a Finance & Documentation Officer with strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage the verification, processing, and filing of documents related to bank collections and financial transactions. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate documentation for vehicle financing, payment collections, and compliance with banking and regulatory requirements in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and verify all documents required for bank collections, including loan contracts, promissory notes, billing statements, and payment schedules.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of documents submitted to banks and financial institutions for vehicle financing and loan approvals.
- Coordinate with sales and F&I departments to collect and validate necessary customer and vehicle documents.
- Track the status of submitted documents for funding and collections, and follow up with banks for updates or corrections.
- File and maintain all documentation related to bank transactions, loan agreements, and financing deals, both physically and digitally.
- Ensure timely and organized filing of documents for audits, internal reviews, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist with reconciliation of finance-related transactions between dealership records and bank disbursements.
- Handle sensitive customer financial data with confidentiality and in accordance with data protection standards.
- Support the finance team in documentation requirements for monthly closings, collections, and reporting.
- Address any discrepancies or missing documents proactively and escalate issues as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a finance, banking, or documentation role—preferably in the automotive or dealership industry.
- Familiarity with vehicle financing processes, bank documentation, and collections workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with DMS or finance software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and documentation accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience dealing with multiple banks or financial institutions.
- Knowledge of local banking regulations, credit policies, and document control procedures.
- Prior experience working with loan processing or dealership management systems (e.g., Dealertrack, AutoMate, CDK, SAP).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
