Remarkablism Services Corp. is seeking an experienced Chief Finance Officer who can work with our US client and manages client's finances across the group of companies.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company's financial stability.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Strategic Input: Provide financial insights and advice to the CEO and other executives on various business decisions.
- Oversight of Finance and Accounting: Lead and manage the finance and accounting departments, ensuring efficient operations.
- Compliance:CFOs ensure the company complies with all relevant financial laws and regulations.
Job Qualifications and Skill sets:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field is commonly preferred.
- Proven Experience as a Chief Finance Officer is a plus.
- Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and financial modeling.
- Experience managing and motivating finance teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and resolve financial issues.
- Excellent in English Communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
- Ability to work at night or graveyard shift.
- Willing to relocate in Davao (if not from the city) and to work onsite.
