We are looking for a Finance & HR Reporting Analyst to lead financial and project reporting efforts including WIP management, cashflow forecasting, and project financial analysis, while providing strategic HR analytics and operational HR support. This role balances strong financial acumen with essential HR operations to support business growth and workforce planning.
Your Responsibilities:
Finance & Project Reporting
- Develop and maintain Works in Progress (WIP) cashflow reports tracking forecast vs. actual project costs.
- Build business-wide cashflow forecasts with rolling 6-month views, updating monthly or as required.
- Create project-specific cashflow models outlining timing of costs, expenditure profiles, and cash-positive milestones.
- Analyze contracts, schedules, and purchase orders to forecast cost timing aligned with project milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers, finance teams, and directors to collect and validate cost data for accurate reporting.
- Prepare executive summaries and visual reports to highlight key financial insights and recommendations.
HR Analytics & Operations
- Design and deliver KPI and HR analytics reports on productivity, turnover, engagement, and compliance.
- Maintain HR data systems and generate actionable insights to support workforce planning.
- Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, compliance tracking, and policy implementation.
- Assist leadership with contract structuring and remuneration reviews ensuring financial feasibility.
What our Client is Looking For:
- Tertiary degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in HR and finance role, ideally within a project-driven or shared services environment.
- Expertise in project-based accounting, cost forecasting, and cashflow management across multiple regions.
- Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting tools, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, financial modelling, dashboards).
- Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, pioneering setup.
- Proven experience bridging finance and HR functions, ensuring both sides work collaboratively toward strategic business goals.
