Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all financial functions including accounting, tax, investment, budgeting, and management reporting.
- Oversee Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, and Controllership operations.
- Lead the creation, implementation, and evaluation of financial policies, standards, and internal controls.
- Manage timely preparation and closure of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accurate and compliant tax reporting and adherence to regulatory frameworks (SEC, BIR, etc.).
- Coordinate the development of the annual budget and monitor performance metrics.
- Prepare financial reports and strategic updates for Board presentations.
- Champion a strong internal control environment and financial risk management practices.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, supporting continuous learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (required)
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as MBA or Finance (preferred)
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a senior finance leadership role within a large organization
- Strong knowledge of:
- Cash flow, balance sheet, and profit & loss (P&L) management
- Public accounting standards and budget development
- Treasury, controllership, and financial planning
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional finance teams and align finance strategy with business goals
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
