Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory costs
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier and vendor payments
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Coordinate internal and external audits
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls
- Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to align financial strategies
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for logistics and distribution initiatives
- Optimize financial systems and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in a distribution or logistics company
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, budgeting, and reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team

Pay: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
