· Experience as a Head of Finance or similar position.
· Solid understanding of financial management and accounting.

Job Summary
A Head of Finance is a leadership role overseeing financial staff and a company’s financial strategies. Head of Finance responsibilities include ensuring finances are used beneficially, developing the financial strategy, assessing investments, and ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
· Conducting risk management/assessing risk.
· Delegating financial tasks and accounting activities.
· Managing accounting teams and the finance department/ensuring smooth running.
· Developing Finance Director-level knowledge.
· Preparing reports on financial results and financial activities/financial reporting.
· Ensuring compliance with financial regulations/ensuring team members comply with regulations.
· Monitoring cash flow/cash flows.
· Conducting finance team appraisals.
· Identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
· Overseeing accounts receivable and bank reconciliation.
· Conducting internal audits.
· Handling confidential information.
· Meeting with other department heads.
· Establishing secure procedures.
· Reporting to the executive team, board members, and key stakeholders Making informed decisions to increase revenue Strengthening the company’s financial position Leveraging excellent communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php27,000.00 per month
