DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains and ensures completeness & accuracy of accounting systems & record keeping on a regular basis.
- Prepares accurate and timely accounting & financial reports.
- In charge of Accounts Payable Trade, recording, checking of completeness of documents and check preparation.
- Records monthly accruals, depreciation and amortization.
- Monitors increase/ decrease in expenses.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any Accounting or Finance related course.
- Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed.
- Knowledgeable in office and administrative procedures and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel.
