DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements financial strategies to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Drives financial performance and sustainability through financial modeling and risk management.
- Oversees the annual budgeting process and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
- Monitors financial performance by analyzing financial reports and identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develops financial forecasts and provide recommendations based on financial data.
- Ensures the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analysis.
- Ensures compliance with local and international accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
- Oversees cash flow management to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic investments.
- Implements cost management strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior finance role.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting practices, and financial modeling.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
