In this pivotal role, you will oversee the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to support the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
- Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Manage the accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts and other general ledger accounts on a regular basis
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards
- Provide financial advice and support to the management team
- Supervise and train the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- At least 7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting, and analysis
- Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- CPA certification or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
Additional details:
- Permanent and Direct hire
- Fully onsite in Hermosa, Bataan office
- Mon-Fri plus maximum 2x Saturdays in a month, day shift schedule (Work starts at 8AM)
