- Supervision:Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, including assigning tasks, conducting performance reviews, and providing guidance.
- Financial Operations:Oversee day-to-day financial activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
- Financial Reporting:Ensure the preparation and accuracy of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, adhering to relevant accounting principles and regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist in the development and management of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Compliance:Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
- Analysis and Reporting:Analyze financial data, identify trends, and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights for decision-making.
- Process Improvement:Identify areas for improvement in financial processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Communication:Effectively communicate financial information to various stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external parties.
