Requirements:
1. Graduate of BS Financial Management or BS Accountancy (with CPA license is a plus).
2. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Above average communication skills (excellent writing/reporting skills).
4. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel).
5. Must be able to handle confidential information with professionalism.
6. Must be willing to render overtime (with OT pay).
7. Amenable to work on-site in Makati City.
8. Available to start immediately.
Job Description:
1. Macroeconomic research
2. Industry and corporate research
3. Microeconomic and business research
4. Preparation of different types of various management reports as may be needed by our clients.
5. Participation in meetings with client concerning the parameters of the proposed professional engagement, the nature of the required reports, and the results of the research work.
6. Preparation of proposals and communications with clients, and conduct of liaison work with and on behalf of our clients.
7. Perform ocular inspection of the subject property as well as site inquiries (if needed).
8. Perform other official duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.
