Key Responsibilities:
- Perform payroll sorting and provide journal entries for recording in the system.
- Perform labor costs reconciliation, ensuring accuracy.
- Work closely with the Accounting Finance team to support month-end reconciliation and closing activities.
- Monitor and assist engagement funds requests for management’s approval and
- processing.
- Provide monthly accruals for engagement funds and labor costs.
- Prepare detailed financial cost reports and provide analysis and insights.
- Maintain detailed records for compliance, reports, audits and accuracy of financial data.
- Develop and enforce internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial data.
- Handle ad-hoc financial tasks and reporting as needed.
