Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for vehicle arrival at the port and completing relevant operations as required;
2. Responsible for statistics and feedback on operations in the area under jurisdiction;
3. Responsible for vehicle dispatching and ensuring reasonable vehicle arrangements;
4. Responsible for on-site management of drivers and vehicles;
5. Responsible for implementing other temporary tasks assigned by superiors ;
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and repair history. Utilize fleet management software to track and analyze fleet performance.
7. Compliance: Ensure vehicles meet all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including safety inspections and emissions standards.
8. Reporting: Generate and review reports on fleet performance, including fuel usage, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
9. Safety and Training: Support the implementation of safety protocols and assist in organizing training programs for drivers to ensure safe operation of vehicles.
10. Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to fleet operations, including vehicle breakdowns and service delays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Management or any related course
- At least 6 months to 1 year experience in dispatching, data management, scheduling, coordination.
- Good English communications skills
- Advance MS Excel skills
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Amenable to work on site Monday to Saturday: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
