Job Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and repair history. Utilize fleet management software to track and analyze fleet performance.
- Compliance: Ensure vehicles meet all local, state, and federal regulatory requirements, including safety inspections and emissions standards.
- Reporting: Generate and review reports on fleet performance, including fuel usage, maintenance costs, and vehicle utilization. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Safety and Training: Support the implementation of safety protocols and assist in organizing training programs for drivers to ensure safe operation of vehicles.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues related to fleet operations, including vehicle breakdowns and service delays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations/Management or any related course
- At least 2 - 3 experience as a Supervisor in Fleet Management, data management.
- People Management skills
- Good English communications skills
- Advance MS Excel skills
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Amenable to work on site Monday to Saturday: Upper McKinley, Taguig City
