- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Set up and clear tables, as well as maintain table settings
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and politely
- Assist in preparing simple food and beverage items when required
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Assist in inventory checks and restocking supplies as needed
- Cooperate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow opening and closing duties as assigned
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations
