In charge of making sure that the food products that are sent out from the kitchen meet the restaurant's requirements in terms of both quantity and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify customer orders to ensure information accuracy and completeness.
- Orders should be distributed to delivery drivers or service personnel according to their availability, workload, and distance from the delivery location.
- To guarantee flawless order execution, keep clear and effective communication lines open with delivery drivers, service personnel, and kitchen staff.
- Determine the urgency of an order and assign it a dispatch priority based on customer preferences and delivery schedules.
- Check the accuracy and completeness of each order before dispatch to ensure that all requested items are included.
- Monitor delivery progress and provide necessary updates to customers to ensure that orders are delivered on time.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints about food orders, working with appropriate personnel to find appropriate solutions.
- For future reference and analysis, keep accurate records of dispatched orders, delivery status, and customer interactions.
- Follow food safety regulations, company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and an excellent quality of service.
- Recognize areas for improvement in order dispatching processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Preferably with experience in Chinese Cuisine/Restaurant
- Willing to work at Malate, Manila
