Job Summary:
The Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of Solar PV installation crews on a Solar Farm. Ensures all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
Major responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise solar installation crews on-site;
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and worksite regulations;
- Coordinate and assign daily tasks based on project plans;
- Monitor work progress and maintain quality control;
- Ensure proper use and inventory of tools and materials.
