Job Summary:
The Formworks Mechanic is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and maintaining formwork equipment and components to ensure they are in safe, functional, and serviceable condition for site use. This includes modular systems, frames, panels, and mechanical accessories used in formworks operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain various formwork components (steel panels, frames, clamps, etc.).
- Perform welding, straightening, grinding, and cleaning of damaged or worn-out parts.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on reusable formwork systems and accessories.
- Ensure that repaired equipment meets safety and quality standards before release.
- Document repair activities, materials used, and equipment condition reports.
- Assist in inventory control of formworks tools, parts, and consumables.
- Coordinate with site teams regarding repair needs and priorities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized repair workshop.
Qualifications:
- At least High School graduate or TESDA-certified in relevant fields (e.g., Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Maintenance).
- Minimum 2 years experience in equipment repair or formworks maintenance.
- Skilled in basic welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication.
- Knowledgeable in handling modular and conventional formwork systems.
- Safety-conscious and able to follow proper repair procedures.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy components when needed.

Pay: Php15,600.00 - Php16,500.00 per month
