The Franchise Relations Officer is responsible for maintaining positive and productive relationships with the business partners. This role ensures franchisees adhere to the company’s standards, policies, and procedures while supporting their operational and business growth. The Franchise Relations Officer acts as the main point of contact between the company and its franchisees, fostering collaboration and alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its franchisees.
- Address franchisee concerns, inquiries, and issues promptly and effectively.
- Monitor compliance with franchise agreements, brand standards, policies, and operating procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding, orientation, and training of new franchisees.
- Conduct regular visits, audits, and performance reviews of franchise branches to ensure operational excellence.
- Provide guidance to franchisees on marketing strategies, sales performance, and operational challenges.
- Prepare reports on franchisee performance, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate communication of company updates, new programs, or changes in policy to all franchise partners.
- Support franchisees in achieving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to assist franchisees as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in franchise management, business development, or customer relations—preferably within the food, retail, or service industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with franchise laws, agreements, and operational standards is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to travel for store visits, meetings, and franchise support activities.
