About the Role:
We’re looking for a freelance Project Coordinator to join us on SME website projects.
In this role, you’ll be the main liaison between clients and our design team, managing communications, tracking timelines, and ensuring deliverables stay on course.
Experience? Fresh talent welcome, as long as you’re sharp, reliable, and proactive.
What matters: Clear communication, time management, and coordination skills.
Training is provided so you can grow confidently in the role.
Scope of Work:
- Coordinate with SME clients to collect content and assets for web projects
- Translate client briefs into task checklists and milestones
- Monitor task progress via project management tools (Trello, Basecamp, etc.)
- Follow up with clients on revisions, feedback, and deliverables
- Provide weekly status updates to the main point of contact
Qualifications:
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deliverables concurrently
- Familiarity with basic website workflows and marketing terminology
- Proficiency with project tools like Trello, Notion, or Basecamp
- Able to self-manage deadlines without constant supervision
Other Requirements
- Use a reliable PC or laptop (Intel i5 or higher) or a Mac OS device with at least 8GB RAM (16GB recommended for better performance)
- A stable internet connection at home is required (Minimum: 60 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload; preferably 100 Mbps or higher)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
