Remote / Project-Based | Freelance Contract
FKA Agri Chemical Corporation is looking for a results-driven Freelance Sales Trainer to develop and deliver targeted training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our sales team in the agri-chemical distribution industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct engaging training sessions focused on agricultural sales, product knowledge, and customer relationship management
- Assess the current capabilities of sales staff and identify learning gaps
- Develop training materials, modules, and coaching tools customized to agri-input products
- Deliver workshops, simulations, and roleplays to improve selling techniques
- Provide feedback and post-training assessments to monitor impact
- Coordinate with Sales and HR to align training goals with company targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Consultant, or Sales Manager in the agri-input / agricultural distribution industry
- Knowledge of agri-chemical products, crop solutions, and farmer engagement
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to develop customized content for field-based and inside sales reps
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Sales, or related field (preferred but not required)
- Open to freelance / project-based work
- Willing to conduct on-site or online sessions, depending on schedule
