- Responsible for greeting and welcoming patients, staff, and doctors
- Answer all patients inquiries, questions, and incoming calls in polite and friendly manner
- Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department
- Screening all patients in Triage Area
- Receiving patients in complete details (patient information and medical history)
- Processing HMO cards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of any medical healthcare and allied courses
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years working experience in Customer Service
- Good communications skills
- Able to multitask
- willing to work in Biñan City, Laguna
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
