CSR Duties:
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage large amounts of inquiries thru chats, emails and calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Maintain 100% chat rate for E-Commerce platforms: Shopee, Lazada and Website
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, Customer Service Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Google)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Bachelor's Degree of any Business course or related course
- Professional attitude and pleasing personality
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php645.00 - Php700.00 per day
