We're looking for a Fulfillment Specialist (Permanent work from home) to join our team in Manila. As a Fulfillment Specialist at Lightspeed, you will ensure customers receive their POS and Payment Terminal hardware promptly, enabling them to begin transacting without delay.
In this role, you will manage hardware orders, shipments, returns, and warranty replacements, while prioritizing urgent requests and maintaining smooth delivery processes. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Support, and Account Management - as well as external partners such as suppliers, couriers, and distributors to ensure seamless fulfillment and a high standard of customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage hardware orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support smooth deliveries
- Liaise with distributors and couriers to handle shipments, product swaps, and urgent requests
- Oversee returns and replacements, ensuring thorough troubleshooting is completed
- Arrange Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) with distributors and provide clear instructions to customers
- Monitor and manage multiple queues across platforms including Slack, Zendesk, Salesforce, Netsuite, and the Lightspeed Hardware Webstore
- Support additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by management
What you need to bring:
We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Experience in a similar operational, administrative, or fulfillment role (CRM experience a plus)
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Resourceful and curious, with the confidence to ask questions and dig deeper for solutions
- Adaptable and able to reprioritize effectively in dynamic environments
- Clear and professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila's heavy traffic!
