What you'll be doing:
1. Prepare tea-based beverages and other menu items following standard recipes and procedures
2. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions accurately
3.Provide excellent customer service by ensuring each guest feels welcomed and valued
4.Serve all drinks with friendliness, attention to detail, and personalized care
5.Greet customers, present the menu, and make thoughtful product recommendations
6.Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and requests
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, equipment, and supplies
8. Ensure proper sanitation and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
9.Support daily store operations, including opening/closing tasks and inventory checks
10. Assist in restocking, organizing supplies, and ensuring all tools are in place for service
What we're looking for:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor’s Degree in Food & Beverage Services, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or any related field
2. With at least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role (barista, food service, or customer-facing environment)
3. Must have strong barista skills and excellent customer service abilities
4. Willing to work on a flexible schedule and be assigned to multiple store locations as needed
5. Energetic, reliable, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php645.00 - Php685.00 per day
