Through our digital membership platform, we offer thousands of time-saving printables, interactive tools, classroom systems, and professional learning materials designed to simplify teaching and foster meaningful learning. We are seeking a qualified and experienced primary teacher with a strong grasp of curriculum and pedagogy—especially the ability to interpret and apply the Australian Curriculum—to join us full-time in developing high-quality, curriculum-aligned resources. This role involves creating classroom-ready content such as lesson materials, programs, games, and worksheets that are visually appealing, practical, and grounded in best teaching practices. A keen eye for layout, excellent written English, and a passion for thoughtful design are essential. You’ll collaborate closely with our team and have access to a rich library of fonts and clipart to support your creative work.

- Compensation: 2000 AUD/month (paid bimonthly)
- Schedule: 40hrs/week within Sydney Business Hours
- Location: Remote
- Design and create engaging, high-quality teaching resources aligned with the Australian Curriculum
- Contribute to planning and structuring educational programs and sequences of lessons
- Draft and edit written teaching content, ensuring clear, accurate, and age-appropriate language
- Use PowerPoint (and occasionally Canva) to design both content and visuals with consistency and attention to detail
- Include opportunities for differentiation in resource design where appropriate
- Assist with creating thumbnails, mock-ups, covers, and organising content in our internal systems
- Work collaboratively to brainstorm new resource ideas and respond to feedback
- Ensure quality control across all content (curriculum alignment, formatting, clarity, and spelling/grammar)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (Primary focus)
- Experience teaching in primary classrooms (Years K–6; familiarity with early years preferred)
- Excellent written English and ability to write clearly, concisely and professionally for both teachers and students
- Strong curriculum understanding and ability to successfully interpret and apply the Australian Curriculum when designing resources
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for both content creation and design
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Creative mindset and ability to visualise how resources will be used in real classrooms
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
The candidate must be proficient in the following tools:
