Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and test gaming equipment.
- Perform regular maintenance, cleaning and repairs to ensure optimal performance
- Upgrade replace components as needed
- Assist in the setup of game studios
- Ensure fair play by calibrating equipment as per PAGCOR regulations for competitive integrity
- Provide on-site support if needed during operation
- Track and manage inventory of gaming equipment, hardware, peripherals and accessories
- Coordinate with suppliers for equipment procurement and warranty claims
- Maintain records of repairs, replacements, equipment conditions
- Maintains records of equipment deployment to different studios and ensures inventory is properly monitored and recorded
- Custodian of all gaming equipment in the storage area
Qualifications:
- Graduate of IT, Computer Engineering or any related course
- Previous work in gaming cafes, esports, gaming events or Gaming Hardware support
- Hands-on experience with PC/console, hardware assembly, repair, maintenance
- Knowledge of gaming peripherals
- Familiarity of gaming software
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure during set-up and events
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
