Job Description:
GBS Post Sales Logistics: Your role is to handle urgent transportation needs for strategic level customers.
What You’ll Do
- Takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions.
- Order Placement & Tracking
- Make sure all orders are processed within SLA.
- Prioritize Specialty Accounts. Monitor the parts from pickup to delivery
- Proactively monitors orders to avoid delays
- Fix delayed orders to avoid further issues
- Ensure all orders are delivered on time
Your Skills
- Customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer’s goals.
- Should be problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions.
- Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly.
