- BSBA/BSC Major in Accounting; BS Accountancy; CPA is an advantage
- With 2-5 years experience in Manufacturing set-up; 1 year of which in Supervisory capacity
- knowledgeable in generally accepted accounting priciples also known as Philippine Accounting Standards (PAS)
- Knowledgeable in PEZA policies and procedures affecting the accounting operation of a manufacturing business operations
- Knowledgeable in BIR rules and regulations governing manufacturing business operations
- Familiar with general accounting cycle
- Able to analyze and provide explanation to variance reports, reconciliation reports (Bank, inter-company accounts, count results) and provide analysis of variances or discrepancies
- Able to handle fund custodianship and prepare fund projections
- Conducts cash counts
- Can effectively coordinate or collaborate with other sections in the organization.
