Qualifications:
- Graduate of four-year course, preferably in English, Communication, Journalism, Psychology, Biology, or any Arts/Humanities course
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Creative or technical writing experience is an advantage
- Experience in answering free-form questions on the subject matter expertise is also an advantage.
- Ability to easily comprehend questions and provide accurate, cohesive explanations/answers
