GHL and AI Agent Specialist

We’re hiring a technically skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) and AI Agent Specialist to support a fast-growing company serving the health and wellness industry. The company helps automate sales funnels using AI voice and chat agents that qualify and convert leads — and we’re looking for someone who can bring those systems to life.

This role is ideal for someone with strong GHL experience and a hands-on approach to building AI workflows, integrations, and backend campaign logic.

Part-Time (15 hours/week, with potential to grow to full-time)
Independent Contractor (PH-based), Remote (Monday–Friday, 9AM–12PM Australia/Perth time)
Start Date: July
Starting Rate: $360-600/month (depending on level of experience, based on a 15-hour workweek)

What You’ll Be Doing

AI Agent Development & Automation

• Build custom AI chat and voice agents tailored to each client’s use case

• Engineer detailed prompts, configure client-specific workflows, and deploy knowledge bases

• Set up GoHighLevel workflows to support AI-powered lead nurture and booking automations

• Integrate custom tools, CRM systems, and client-side settings into the agent experience

• (Nice to have): Maintain or build light Python/Django scripts for backend integrations or automation

Campaign Infrastructure Setup

• Configure Stripe subscriptions for recurring client charges

• Set up telephony infrastructure (e.g., Twilio) for AI call routing

• Connect CRM and marketing tools (e.g., GHL, Meta Ads) to ensure smooth data flow

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with GoHighLevel workflows and automation (at least 2 years)

• Hands-on experience with AI agent creation, prompt engineering, and conversational design

• Comfortable with integrations, APIs, and third-party automation

• (Preferred): Familiarity with Python/Django and backend logic for advanced custom setups

• Bonus if you’ve worked in or supported clients in the health and wellness or funnel marketing space
