What You’ll Be Doing
Leading People with Purpose : You’ll manage and inspire a team of 40+ administrative professionals. From hiring and onboarding to performance coaching and career development, you’ll be the leader who helps others thrive.
Driving Operational Excellence : You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless support for executive clients. You’ll collaborate with client teams and your assistants to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and service delivery.
Innovating and Influencing : You’ll develop creative support solutions, guide your team through change, and influence stakeholders across departments. Your insights will shape how we evolve our administrative services.

Required Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years in a people management or leadership role, preferably overseeing large teams
Strong business acumen with the ability to make sound, independent decisions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills across diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, agile, and evolving environment
Technically proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Teams, and Concur
Demonstrated ability to lead with a flexible, intuitive, and collaborative mindset
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience managing executive administrative support functions or similar service delivery teams
Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and performance management frameworks
Background in global or regional operations within a matrixed organization
Exposure to change management or organizational transformation initiatives
Proven track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams
