Position Overview
We’re seeking a GTM Systems Director to own and scale the technology that powers our clients’ revenue engines. You’ll set the strategy for our Go-to-Market tech stack - CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, CPQ, customer-success platforms - and lead a team of system administrators and developers to deliver high-impact enhancements. This is a high-visibility leadership position ideal for someone who thrives on aligning technology with sales, marketing, and CS goals in a fast-growing, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the long-term GTM systems vision and quarterly roadmap; prioritize initiatives based on ROI and business impact.
- Hire, mentor, and manage a team of system admins, developers, and analysts; foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Own the end-to-end architecture and data model for Salesforce and integrated GTM applications.
- Lead large-scale implementation and optimization projects - migrations, new module rollouts, complex integrations - using agile practices.
- Establish standards for data accuracy, completeness, and hygiene; implement monitoring dashboards and proactive issue resolution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure systems, processes, and KPIs are tightly aligned.
- Oversee the creation of reports, dashboards, and analytics that surface actionable revenue insights for leadership.
- Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder communication; champion best practices and continuous feedback loops.
- Ensure all GTM systems meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within SaaS/tech, including 3+ years in a leadership role directing system strategy & teams.
- Advanced expertise in Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools
- Proven record delivering multi-stakeholder system projects on time and within budget, using agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/integration patterns, and revenue analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and change-management abilities; comfortable presenting to C-level audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s / MBA a plus.
