Qualifications
- Proven experience in gym, fitness, or wellness operations (1–3 years preferred).
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Knowledge of gym equipment use, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Ability to motivate and inspire staff toward personal and team goals.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Basic understanding of fitness programs, membership sales, and customer service best practices.
- Strong communication skills for giving clear direction and feedback.
