RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive sales success by achieving project and company targets within approved budgets.
- Partner with Marketing to align efforts and meet shared goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and project positioning to guide strategic decisions.
- Evaluate the sales organization’s performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay ahead of market, economic, and competitive changes, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Set clear sales targets and develop actionable plans to achieve them, securing leadership approval as needed.
- Build and maintain a strong, motivated sales team through effective recruitment, training, and support.
- Provide inspiring leadership, fostering professional growth and accountability within the team.
- Continuously monitor performance, adapting plans and strategies to deliver optimal results.
- Ensure all sales policies are followed, updated as needed, and effectively implemented.
- Keep management informed with timely updates, addressing unique challenges or developments proactively.
- Contribute to the company’s broader strategic plans by identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and oversee training programs that support employee development and career progression.
- Efficiently plan and manage training activities, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement initiatives that enhance team performance, engagement, and retention.
