URGENT JOB OPENINGS IN MAKATI & ORTIGAS, PASIG OFFICES!!!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides support to the subsequent day to day patient coordinator, administrative and documentation requirements of the assigned client company site.
- Endorses In-patient, Outpatient, Emergency room (ER) and Annual Physical Examination (APE) availment's of enrolled members to insurers.
- Assists during Executive Check-ups, Outpatient, and In-patient service requirements of VIP's
- Monitor and endorses enrollments of members (add/deletes) to insurers.
- Monitors delivery and distributions of HMO ID cards.
- Reviews and sends billings to clients
- Monitors and checks submitted claims requirements of enrolled members for HMO, group life insurance and personal accident to insurers.
- Coordinates with wellness partners in providing assistance during wellness activities.
- Attends to client’s requests, complaints, and concerns and ensures prompt activities.
- Coordinates with insurers on all client related concerns.
- Performs other duties assignment by their immediate superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably graduates of Business Administration and Marketing courses, FRESH GRADUATES are welcome !!!
- With previous Call Center or BPO experiences in field of Insurance and Health Care services will have an advantage., but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft office,
- Excellent in Filipino and English communication skills,
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to work mostly on Graveyard shifts,
- Willing to be relocated or work in Ortigas Ave., Pasig City and Makati City offices
- Former experienced HMO Customer Service employees will receive a Php 20K+ above salary.
