This role is critical to ensure high-quality service delivery by managing caregiver schedules, maintaining clear communication with clients and staff, and supporting our day-to-day coordination efforts.
- Salary Range: 25,000 - 35,000
- Work Set-Up: Mon-Fri | Night Shift (9:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

Responsibilities:
- Manage, coordinate, and adjust schedules of caregivers based on client needs, availability, and preferences.
- Use our scheduling software to create, update, and monitor care assignments.
- Communicate promptly with caregivers regarding schedule changes or new assignments.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Act as a consistent point of contact to address inquiries, concerns, or schedule-related issues.
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers to ensure they are well-prepared for assignments.
- Demonstrate compassion and patience in client interactions, especially during onboarding or urgent care changes.
- Participate in regular team meetings, coordination calls, and strategic planning sessions.
- Document all communications, schedule changes, and service notes accurately.
- Collaborate with fellow Care Coordinators and office staff to maintain efficient operations and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare support, or customer service preferred.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use scheduling/CRM software.
- Good communication skills.
- Microsoft Office/Teams proficiency with moderate-advanced Excel skills.
Personality Traits:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in clear and fluent English.
- High level of patience, professionalism, and empathy, especially when dealing with sensitive client or caregiver concerns.
- Team player who can support and collaborate with other coordinators and departments.
