What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for US-based healthcare providers and clinics
- Respond to inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and empathy
- Complete healthcare-related administrative tasks based on client-specific protocols
- Collaborate with a team to ensure seamless service and workflow efficiency
What We're Looking For
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- 1–5 years of BPO experience (customer service or technical support preferred)
- Background in healthcare support is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours based on US time zones
