Qualifications:
College graduate (open to fresh grads)
OR completed at least 2 years of college (minimum 72 units) + 6 months of any work experience
Good customer service and communication skills
Strong analytical thinking and computer literacy
Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
