- Conduct routine inspections, servicing, and calibration of electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.
- Diagnose electrical and hydraulic faults using diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Repair or replace faulty components such as valves, pumps, motors, sensors, circuit boards, and wiring.
- Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new machines and hydraulic/electrical systems.
- Ensure proper routing and connection of wiring, hoses, and control systems.
- Use technical diagrams and schematics to locate faults and guide repairs or installations.
- Maintain and repair hydraulic systems, including fluid checks, filter changes, leak inspections, and pressure testing.
- Maintain electrical circuits, control panels, relays, PLCs, and wiring to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Follow all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures, PPE requirements, and relevant codes
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service reports, and parts usage documentation.
- Report issues to supervisors and recommend system improvements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure machines operate efficiently and support operational goals.
- Monitor and manage spare parts inventory for hydraulic and electrical components.
