Job Description:
-Manage large amounts of incoming, outgoing phone calls and online chat.
-Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
-Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications.
-Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
-Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
-Demonstrate empathy and patience towards customer concerns and needs.
-Collect and utilize customer feedback to enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.
-Sending EOD report and conduct QC for IB/OB/Online Chat

Qualifications:
-A College Graduate
-Must have experience in doing Inbound Calls/Outbound Calls/Chat/Email
-Have passion for work
-Can speak both Tagalog and English
-Good to excellent in verbal, listening, and communications skills.
-Willing to commute/relocate in Marikina (in front of Sta Lucia)
-Willing to do Multi-tasks
-Computer Knowledge
