Qualifications:
- High school level or graduate
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate weight
- Trustworthy, punctual, and has a good attitude toward work
- Can follow instructions with minimal supervision
Job Responsibilities:
- Cleaning all areas of the house/office (e.g., sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping surfaces)
- Washing dishes and keeping the kitchen tidy
- Doing laundry (hand wash or using a washing machine)
- Organizing and maintaining cleanliness in cabinets, rooms, and storage spaces
- Cooking meals according to the employer's instructions
- Grocery shopping or assisting with food preparation
- Cleaning the kitchen and dining area after meals
- Running errands (e.g., paying bills, buying supplies)
- Preparing and serving coffee, water, or snacks to guests and staff
- Assisting staff as needed with minor tasks
- Cleaning vehicles (if requested)
- Follow instructions from the Project Manager or other designated supervisors
